1. Fall Hours at Bald Hill Begins Monday: The Fall hours for the Bald Hill Compost Site are: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, 12 to 4 pm; Fridays and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 1 through December 1st. 2. Bancroft Breaks Ground Oct. 4: The Andover Public Schools announced that they will be celebrating the Bancroft Elementary School groundbreaking on Oct. 4. at Bancroft School.
3. Library Activities: Memorial Hall Library will be holding a Little Listeners event at 9:30 a.m. and a Wiggle Words event at 11 a.m. Find all these events and more in the library's online calendar.
4. FinCom, School Committee: The Economic Development Council meets at 8 a.m. and the Board of Assessors meet at 9:30 a.m. at the town offices. Find more information in the town of Andover's online meeting calendar.
5. Weather: Today will bring a 20 percent chance of isolated thunder showers with a high temperature of 68 degrees. Tonight will be mostly clear with a low 47 degrees.
