A Baby Formula Thief and a Dog Attack
The Monday, Jan. 3 police log contains several incidents.

At 7:31 a.m. a woman called saying that someone was trying to get into her apartment on Railroad Street. Police said that workers were installing a handrail in the hallway near her room and must have been the noise she was worried about.
At 7:59 a.m. a caller stated that she was punched in the face by one of her clients on Brookside Drive. The assailant is being reviewed for mental issues. An ambulance responded to the scene.
At 8:38 a.m. a female student was struck by a car at the High School on Shawsheen Road. However, the female was not injured but she decided to report the incident to police.
At 9:46 a.m. a caller reported a suspicious male taking photos of her house with a camera phone on Rutgers Road.
At 11:05 a.m. a caller reported an intoxicated person at the Post Office on Main Street at Old Town Hall. A friend eventually came to pick up the individual.
At 11:31 a.m. the Greater Lawrence Technical High School called and reported a stolen laptop from the school on River Road. An officer filed the incident.
At 1:23 p.m. the manager of Whole Foods reported a hit and run accident in the parking lot of the grocery store on Railroad Street. An officer filed the incident.
At 5:23 p.m. a caller reported that their neighbor's dog attacked their dog on Delphi Cirlce. An officer filed the incident.
At 5:36 p.m. an employee at CVS stated that a male shopper tried stealing baby formula. The subject turned over several containers before fleeing out the back door. Employees did not know whether the man was on foot or left in a car. Police spoke with individuals in the CVS back parking lot.
At 7:51 p.m. a caller reported that a Massachusetts driver hit her car while she was parked at Grassfields Restaurant. The operator of the vehicle left a note on the woman's car. An officer filed the incident.
