Andover Holding September 11 Ceremony Tomorrow at Town Offices
The town will be holding a small event outside of the town offices tomorrow to mark the 11th anniversary of the September 11 attacks.
Town officials, and others will gather outside of the Andover Town Offices tomorrow morning to never forget the tragedy that happened 11 years ago.
The town is inviting the public to a solemn ceremony to mark the 11th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks in New York, Washington DC and Pennsylvania.
The ceremony will begin at 8:30 a.m. outside the steps to the front entrance of the Town Offices, located at 36 Bartlet Street.
Last year, town officials dedicated a plaque to the four Andover residents that lost thier lives in the Sept. 11 attacks. The plaque is now affixed near the other war memorial plaques in the inside front entrance to the town offices.
