Andover Inn Changes Ownership to Conn. Firm
Ownership of the Andover Inn, which includes Samuel's Restaurant, changed hands recently and the new owners came to the town for new permits.
A Waterford, Conn. company, Waterford Hotel Group, recently purchased the Andover Inn, which includes Samuel's Restaurant, and obtained new permits from the Board of Selectmen Monday night.
After discussion and some light grilling, the board unanimously approved a liquor license, common victuallers license and live entertainment license, in three separate votes, for the new owners.
The Waterford Hotel Group, under the name WHG Andover Inn, LLC, bought the Andover Inn and Samuel's from former owner Armark Educational Services.
The new manager of record for the Andover Inn is now Charles L. Moran.
