This was provided by the Town of Andover.

A Snow Parking Ban went into effect for all streets in Andover starting 7 p.m. on Feb. 8 and it will continue to be in effect until further notice. No vehicles shall be parked overnight on any street, or positioned in any driveway or lot at anytime in such a manner as to interfere with snow removal and sanding operations. Vehicles found in violation shall be ticketed and towed at the owners expense. Thank you for your cooperation.
