The William Roberts salon was horrible they hacked my hair and over charged me after I complained and he treaded his employees like crap infront of customers he has no consideration for others and no sence of being a good boss

Look salon is the best salon.. I first went there because my co worker/friend got a cut and color from sonya. I was very impressed with sonya's work that I booked myself a appt for highlights and a cut..she did an amazing job..I loved my experance at look and with sonya so much I booked her for my wedding sonya did my hair and all 6 of my bridesmaids words can't explain how professional sonya is and or what an amazing job she did on our updos it was everything I dreamed of...I will never use another stylist or salon ever..I highly recommend sonya for any service from a cut to a wedding party...she is the best thank you look salon and sonya you deserve to be the best salon in andover because you truly are the best.....
