Over one hundred voters had to sit behind the town moderator and town officials on the stage.

The Town of Andover is preparing for a Special Town Meeting on Feb. 11 at the Collins Center at Andover High School. The town has just made the warrant available on the town's website.
The Special Town Meeting has been scheduled in order to appropriate more funds for the construction of the Bancroft Elementary School. The warrant item does not have an specific dollar amount.
