Water Employee Changing Plea: Andover Water Department employee Cynthia Vaughn is changing her plea today at Salem Superior Court at 9:30 a.m. Vaughn is being accused of falsifying time sheets and allegedly working elsewhere while claiming to be working hours for the Andover Water Department.

Discuss Great Books: The Great Books Discussion Group will be meeting tonight at Memorial Hall Library at 7:30 p.m. They will be discussing Foundation by Isaac Asimov.

Gas Prices: Gas was around $3.90 a gallon this time last year. Here are some of the lowest unleaded gas prices according to motortrend.com:; the Gulf, 65 Main Street – $3.67/gallon; Sunoco, 220 North Main St., $3.73/gallon. Mobil, 14 N. Main St. – $3.79/gallon

    Weather: Today will bring a 40 percent chance of rain with a high temperature of 67 degrees in Andover, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight will bring a 70 percent chance of rain with a low temperature of 57 degrees.
