Garage Fire Reported on Bartlet Street

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Wednesday, May 23
At 9:32 a.m. an officer reported that a sign had been knocked down in the area of Union Street.
At 10:21 a.m. a caller reported a past hit and run at Brickstone Square.
At 1:52 p.m. a caller reported a phone scam and ID fraud on Salem Street.
At 5:06 p.m. a student at Phillips Academy reported that her cell phone was stolen on Main Street. The victim also tracked her cell phone on her computer to South Union Street in Lawrence. Lawrence Police were notified.
At 11:45 p.m. a caller reported hearing gun shots in the area of Penobscott Way. Police searched the area with negative results.
Thursday, May 24
At 8:22 a.m. a caller reported that somone broke into her car on Dean Circle and went through it. No items were taken.
At 9:34 a.m. a caller reported that her car was broken into on Greenwood Road overnight.
At 10:37 a.m. a walk-in visitor to the station reported vandalism on Railroad Street.
At 11:28 a.m. a caller reported that her Volvo was broken into on Starwood Crossing. Her credit card and debit card were stolen.
At 1:18 p.m. a caller reported a naked man getting out of the water off Harold Parker Road.
At 2:02 p.m. a caller reported that her house was egged overnight on River Road.
At 6:39 p.m. firefighters fought a small fire in a garage off Bartlet Street. The fire was contained to the garage and nobody was injured.
