Girls Cool Off at Camp Maude Eaton
The Abbot Street camp is encouraging girls to cool off with a variety of water-related games and sports.
This was submitted by the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts.
Campers will stay cool this week by taking part in a special water week titled Splashtacular. These activities will allow girls to take extra swims, go boating, have a floating lunch and learn about the aquatic creatures that live at camp and play water games.
In addition, campers will also take part in traditional activities such as arts and crafts, sports and traditional flag ceremonies. There is still time to sign up for camp this summer at www.hercamp.org.
