Haverhill Man Gets Jail Time for Fatal Accident on Rt. 125
Haverhill man Robert V. Bryant, 52, pleaded guilty in Salem District Court this week to charges of vehicular manslaughter, following an accident in 2010 where Bryant struck a woman at the State Police Barracks in Andover, which eventually caused her death
A Salem judge ordered Haverhill man Robert Bryant serve over three years of prison time after being convicted of running down a Haverhill woman at the State Police Barracks in Andover, according to the Eagle Tribune.
Bryant pleaded not guilty in court this week on charges of vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of a crime. In Dec. of 2010, Bryant had hit Haverhill woman Cynthia Anne Ray, 30, while she was in the parking lot of the State Police barracks.
Bryant was released on $10,000 bail.
