Do you own a restaurant in town? We're thinking of tweaking our Andovers a la Carte column into a more user-generated photo gallery of local dishes.

Here's how it will work. Every week, you send us a photo of a dish you sell at your restaurant. It can be an appetizer, entree, special salad, dessert, whatever you want. It can be a special dish you're offering for that week or weekend ahead, or just a dish that is popular or that even doesn't get enough of the spotlight.

You send us a photo along with a description of that dish, and so will other restaurants in the Andovers, by Tuesday at 6 p.m. each week. You serve the meals anyway, so it's just a matter of taking a quick photo and emailing it to Brendan.Lewis@patch.com with a brief description of what it is.

We'll feature a bunch of them in a photo gallery each Thursday and show people what delicious and unique dishes they can have locally.
