Trick-or-Treating Postponed Until Saturday
Town officials canceled Trick-or-Treating in Andover and moved it to Saturday.
The Town of Andover announced that Trick-or-Treating has been postponed until Saturday, Nov. 5, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. due to the power outages throughout town.
Town official met Monday to discuss a number of issues that resulted due to the massive power outages in Andover.
