POLL RESULTS: Golf Course or Apartment Complex

The Zoning Board of Appeals is current running an open public hearing regarding the proposal to build 224 units in two apartment buildings under a 40B comprehensive permit. However, the site is the exact spot of the Rolling Green Golf Course.

the apt complex would be a disaster..we are already over burdened tax wise with the other new apt complexes..is the builder going o pay the taxes for all those kids to go attend the andover schools??what we need is elderly/over 55 housing why doesn't the builder build to suit that need??
