UPDATE: 900 Homes Still Without Power
More than 90 percent of Andover homes now have power.
National Grid recently restored power to around 500 more customers, leaving only 900 to go. National Grid is now reporting that Andover should have full power restored by Thursday at 11:45 p.m.
National Grid currently said they are confident that they will have all power restored by Thursday night.
Specifically, 930 customers are without power in Andover, with a total of 13,000 customers.

The have been opened back up as well as the . are reporting that trash pickup will be on a normal schedule this week but trucks may be delayed due to downed trees. However, they will return when the given road is passable.
Police did not report any serious incidents as a result of the power loss other than at in Ballardvale.
