Second Andover Man Charged with Child Pornography in a Week
The second Andover man in one week was charged with child pornography on Thursday.

Federal agents raided another home of an Andover man charged with receipt of child pornography, one week after law enforcement found child pornography in an Andover pediatrician's home.
On Thursday, police raided the Colonial Drive condominium of William Thomas, 64, according to an article on wcvb.com.
Spokesman for the US Attorney's office Christina DiIorio-Sterling said Thomas was charged with receipt of child pornography.
