Police are still investigating a two-car motor vehicle accident on Interstate 93 that resulted in the fatality of a New Hampshire man early Friday morning. Police recently identified the victim as David S. Tulley, 19, of Londonderry, N.H.
At approximately, 4:12 a.m. police responded to the accident in the area of Interstate 93 northbound before the Dascomb Road exit in Andover.

This collision forced him to rollover into the northbound lane and collide with the driver of a 2004 Dodge Dakota pickup truck.
He was transported to Lahey Clinic where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Dodge Dakota pickup truck, a 51-year-old Bradford man, was transported to Winchester Hospital and suffered on minor injuries.
The accident caused police to close down Interstate 93 northbound until 5 a.m., when they partially opened the road. The road was entirely opened by 6:15 a.m.
Troop A of the Massachusetts State Police is investigating the matter with assistance from the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section and the State Police Crime Scene Services Section.
