Andover's Superintendent will get a one percent raise, making her salary $196,950 next year.
At Dr. Marinel McGrath's annual review by the School Committee, they praised her for an "exceptional" job moving the district forward, according to the Eagle Tribune.
McGrath received a strong performance review last year but did not receive a raise because increases for her and other school administrators were not included in the fiscal 2012 budget.

Seriously ? Close to $200K ? Sounds excessive to me. Wasn't the previous Superintendent's salary around $135 K when she left ? Why the huge bump ?
