What Intersections Should Have a Stop Sign, But Do Not?

Tell us in the comments.

Earlier this month, Patch asked readers what were Andover's most ignored stop signs.

Today, Patch would like readers to comment on intersections that should have a stop sign, but do not.

Do you know of a location or dangerous intersection where a stop sign is needed?

Share where it is in the comments section, below.

I know it says "Stop Sign" but a stop light is needed at the intersection of Wildwood and 125. It is crazy trying to get across there at the peak driving times and school times. What makes it even worse now is the change of entrance at Bancroft. You almost have to go straight across where before you could go right and then make the left on Stinson and have the protection of the light. I would love to know if the town has a plan for that, how many fatalities do we need there?

There should be a stop sign where Harold Parker Rd. meets Jenkins street. (It may technically be Haverhill street at that point). I know that with the bush/tree coverage it is difficult to make a safe turn.

The intersection of Porter Rd and Spring Grove Rd currently has stop signs on Spring Grove Rd. The problem is if you stop there, you can't really see the cars coming down the hill at high speed on Porter Rd. So at least the downhill direction on Porter Rd needs a stop sign, too. That would make the intersection a lot less dangerous.
