Where Are Andover's Most Ignored Stop Signs?
Stop signs are not optional, but they're sometimes treated as if they are.
There are hundreds of stop signs in Andover, but all too often, they are overlooked when drivers are in a rush.
We have all seen it and probably many would admit of a stop sign roll-through at one point in time.

The "No right turn on red" sign at Salem St. and Route 28 is regularly violated with drivers cutting off cars going north on Route 28.
