Woman Finds Dogs in Her Car on Starwood Crossing

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.

Wednesday, July 18

At 10:07 a.m. a caller on Starwood Crossing reported that two dogs are in her vehicle that do not belong to her. The woman also said that she was locked out of her car. The car was eventually opened and the dogs' owner, on Greenwod Road, picked up the dogs.

At 1:55 p.m. clogged storm drains from the recent weather were reported on Algonquin Avenue.

At 2:23 p.m. police arrested Mark J. Lee, 40 of 31 Archibald Ave., Methuen, on Chandler Road. Lee was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

At 2:39 p.m. a larceny was reported on North Street.

At 3:42 p.m. a hit and run car accident was reported on North Main Street.

At 8:50 p.m. a caller reported a two-car accident on Shawsheen Road with no injuries.

Thursday, July 19

At 7:07 a.m. police arrested Teresa A. Owens, 46, of 84 Leonard Circle, Lowell, on Lovejoy Road. Owens was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license subsequent offense and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.

At 9:04 a.m. a caller reports a two-car accident on North Main Street.

At 1:58 p.m. a caller reported that someone threw a rug on her lawn on River Road.

At 4:59 p.m. a caller reported that his mailbox was stolen on Andover Street.
