Next week, you can check out some bridal dress options and help out a good cause. The Marching of the Brides Designer Wedding Gown Sale will be held June 26 frm 1 to 7 p.m. at Andover Country Club. The event will benefit Brides Across America and Patriot Rovers and will feature designer wedding gowns from designers including Reem Acra, Vera Wang, Nicole Miller, Maggie Sottero, Amsale, Lazaro, Jim Hjelm and more. Dresses range in price from $199 to $799 and are available in sizes 0 to 20. Brides Across America provides free wedding gowns to military brides who face econbomic challenges due to military deployments. The manager allegedly served alcohol to a teenage employee.
Selectmen voted to suspend the liquor license of Raagini Indian Bistro for 30 days Monday night after a teenage girl -- who was dating the manager -- was allowed to drink there. The suspension will take effect after all appeals have closed. Andover Police Det. Peter Remming testified that on March 31, Raagini allegedly served alcohol after hours to a 17-year-old employee. And, according to manager Jaspreet Pabla, there was a relationship with the employee. The girl showed up at the restaurant and Pablo said he brought her into the restaurant and served her a drink. When asked how often underage drinking occurs at his business, the manager took the fifth amendment. Usually, a first offense liquor license violation would result in a letter …

The yogurt shop, co-owned by Andover's James Berberian, will be located on Reading's Main Street in the MF Charles building.
Orange Leaf is expanding to Reading! Andover resident and franchisee James Berberian will be opening the yogurt shop with his partner Jim Alex, but they are unsure of the exact date. According to Berberian, the duo is waiting for the MF Charles Building renovations to be completed. "We’re excited to open in Reading," he said. They anticipate that the building will be done within the next month and then they can start work on the shop, which is located in the space that the clock store used to be in. They expect that their work will take about six weeks, Berberian said. The pair plans to make the interior look like other Orange Leaf shops.
