BOOTY BARRE CLASSES!
We are the only studio Certified to teach Booty Barre in the Andover Area! All our clients agree this is not like a typical Barre class. It is intense cardio and strength combined in intervals. Everyone who tries this class loves it. Dana worked directly with Tracy Mallet to learn the method. Tracy recently graced the cover of Pilates Style and has been featured in Fitness, Shape and many other national fitness publications. She also recently appeared on Ellen working out with Michelle Obama. Come in and see what the buzz is about.

More About Perfect Form Fitness, LLC
Perfect Form Fitness is a personal-training studio that helps members get fit through Stott Pilates courses, which are offered five days a week. The center also offers one-on-one personal training sessions for clients who want to lose body fat or train for a sporting event. Members are asked to complete an initial body consultation, complete with goal-setting, before joining the club.
