Kids' Halloween Party Wednesday Morning

Five things you should know in Andover today.

Here are five things you need to know on Wednesday, Oct. 30.

  • Chilly Rain: Temperatures are expected to be around 50 degrees most of the day, with rain throughout the day as well.
  • For the Kids: The Department of Community Services will host "Too Cute to Spook," a Halloween party for the whole family, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Old Town Hall.
  • Halloween: Trick-or-Treat is Thursday, and here are some ideas for homemade Halloween candy.
  • Film: There will be a screening of the documentary "A Place at the Table," at 6:30 p.m. at Memorial Hall Library. The film examines the issue of hunger in America, and MHL will be collecting canned beans, meat, fruit, spaghetti sauce, cereal, pasta, cake mix, shelf-stable 1% milk during month of October to benefit Neighbors in Need.
