  • Movie Night: The Unitarian Universalist Church on Locke Street will host a Free Movie Night Friday at 7 p.m. In honor of the International Day of Peace, this will be a special screening of "Hibakusha, Our Life to Live," a film about the survivors of the atomic bomb attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The director of the film, David Rothauser, will be on hand and will conduct Q&A and a brief talk after the screening.
  • Giant Yard Sale: On Saturday, the Department of Community Services will host a Giant Yard Sale in the Park, starting at 8 a.m. Set-up is at 7 a.m. Bring your own table. If it rains, the Yard Sale will be held on Sunday. Call the DCS Info Line for weather related cancellations at 978-623-8279.
