PHOTOS: Sending Sunshine Sends 46 Tons to Sandy Victims

The grassroots group Sending Sunshine 2012 began right after Hurricane Sandy.

Sending Sunshine 2012 consists of three Andover mothers that worked together in order to start a collection. Beginning with an idea, the three were surprised that they got so much help that instead of a uHaul-full, they collected five trucks worth of goods for Sandy victims with the help of a large dedicated group of volunteers.
