Reading, MA – On November 5th, Reading Co-operative Bank in partnership with the Reading –North Reading Chamber of Commerce will host a free Digital Choices seminar in their Reading office located at 180 Haven Street.  The seminar will be geared towards small businesses and how they can utilize social media to create brand awareness on a shoestring budget.  Greg Page, CEO of Merrimack Analysis Group, will also talk about dealing with bogus reviews on websites such as Yelp, and how to harness the power of websites such as YouTube, Twitter, and more.

“It is crucial for small businesses to utilize social media opportunities to generate customers and sales. The same social media tools that large businesses use to build brand awareness create customer loyalty, and send out their messages are available to small businesses. In order to be seen in the places where people today are looking, small businesses need to use the many forms of social media available,” says Janet Wolbrom, Executive Director of the Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce.
