5 Things to Know, Feb. 8: Blizzard Edition
Here are five things to know before you start your day...or just before you begin to sit around the house as you watch the snow pile up.
1. Library and Town Offices Close Early: Both the Town Offices and Memorial Hall Library will close at noon today due to the impending storm.
2. APS Closed: The Andover Public Schools are closed today due to the storm.
3. Snow Ban: The Andover snow parking ban will begin as soon as the town declares a snow emergency, which is typically after snow accumulates more than two inches. The snow emergency notification will be posted on the town's website at andoverma.gov.

4. Trash Pick-Up: Trash Pick-up should not be affected by this storm but you can always check with the DPW - (978) 623-8350 - on their hotline for trash pick-up.
