1. AHS School Council: The Andover High School, School Council Meeting meets at 3:30 p.m. at the Andover High School's principal's office.
2. Mini Pumpkin Decorating: Kids in grades 6 through 12 are invited to come by the library's teen room to paint mini pumpkins at 3 p.m.
3. Homebuyer Assistance: The Andover Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program will be held this Thursday, Oct. 25 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Memorial Hall Library, second floor.
