King Arthur Flour, the 220-year old flour company, will be hosting two free baking demos on Thursday, March 24, at the Andover Country Club.
The Vermont-based company will be sending baking experts to teach local residents about cooking with yeast dough, including recipes and techniques in the seminar Sweet Yeast Bread at 7 p.m.
Earlier in the day at noon, expert bakers from King Arthur will be performing a demo about making delicious and flaky pasteries in a session called Perfect Pies and Tarts. In addition to the demo's there will also be a chance to win door prizes.
King Arthur Flour will also be holding demos in Warwick, R.I., Portland, Maine and Portsmouth, N.H.
