After some social time and a brief business meeting, Andi
Ross will dish "The Real Dirt About Dirt" at the Andover Garden
Club's February membership meeting. As true gardeners know, it's all about the
soil, and Ross' presentation will simplify soil science for both beginners and
experienced gardeners. Attendees will learn how easy it is to restore soil to
its optimum health and productivity by exploiting the virtues of compost,
compost tea, lasagna composting, and vermiculture. In her business, It's
Nature's Way, Ross is committed to taking a sustainable approach to every facet
of gardening, which also means managing the environmental impact on everything
we do from healthy soil preparation to proper plant selection, as well as
sensitivity to local environmental issues.

Andi Ross, proprietor of It's Nature's Way
