Drew Gilpin Faust, Harvard University president and renowned Civil War historian, and Ric Burns, award-winning filmmaker, will discuss “Death and the Civil War,” a documentary made by Burns based on Faust’s book “This Republic of Suffering: Death and the American Civil War.” This event is free and open to the public.
