Andover Garden Club Annual Meeting Features Flower-Design Demo and Members Luncheon

After some social time and a brief business meeting, two of the Andover Garden Club's favorite floral designers, Elaine DiGiovanni and Linda Ladd, will wrap up the club's year with an ode to the spring and summer seasons that shows off their unique style of flower arranging. They will create six different designs, and several lucky attendees will get to take one home. The program will be followed by a luncheon for club members only.

Elaine DiGiovanni is a nationally accredited Master Flower Show Judge with National Garden Clubs (NGC), Inc., and has won many top awards in horticulture and floral design, including being named Flower Arranger of the year in the NGC's 2007 "Vision of Beauty" calendar. She is the co-owner of The Cutting Garden.

Linda Ladd is past chairman of Art in Bloom at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and a Ladies Committee Associate. She, too, is a nationally Accredited Master Flower Show Judge and has won many awards and accolades. She is the proprietor of the floral-design firm Petals and Posies.

A $10 donation is requested for guests who attend the program (includes refreshments). The luncheon following the program is for members only.
