FREE EVENT -All Andover elementary students and parents are invited on March 13th at 5:45pm to the West Elementary auditorium for Food Play - A national award winning, fun-filled theater show featuring fantastic feats of juggling, colorful characters, motivating messages, music, magic, and audience participation to turn kids on to healthy habits!
The format of the evening will start with the Food Play presentation in the West El. auditorium at 5:45 PM. At the conclusion of Food Play, parents and students will be able to sample healthy foods and snacks from our Food and Nutrition Department as well as many area food companies. Along with the free food samples, there will be information about nutrition and healthy eating. Prizes will be available through numerous raffles. The gym will be set up with various physical activities for families and will be run by our health and physical education teachers. Student leaders from the Andover High School Warrior Way program will also be on hand to help out. Come join us!
