Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) YOGA Classes

Ages 15 & up

Yoga and Stand-up Paddle Boarding are the perfect complement to one another. Whether you are a first-time paddler or seasoned athlete, practicing yoga on a stand up paddle board will enhance your workout by developing balance, flexibility, coordination, and overall body strength. Using a board as your mat, East Coast Style SUP will instruct you for a full hour on how to do beginner yoga poses on the board. No experience necessary, all equipment provided.
