When is Trick-Or-Treat in Andover?
Tell the kids to get ready for candy-gathering fun.
Halloween is right around the corner, and for the kids that means putting on costumes and heading out into the neighborhood to gather candy.
So when is Trick-or-Treat this year in Andover? It's on Halloween, Oct. 31, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Of course, this can change if weather misbehaves. If you recall, it was interrupted last year by Hurricane Sandy.
In 2011 it was also moved top the following Saturday due to that snowstorm that shut off power to most of the town.
