So it seems brown water is still an issue for some in town (myself included), and people have wondered what to do about it.
You can report the problem to the Water Department, but they have a backlog of calls an may not be able to be there immediately.
The brown water is the result of a high demand for water as well as various construction projects around town.
I tried -- at the Andover Water Department's suggestion -- flushing out my water. It seems to have improved the water a bit.
I ran the outside spicket for a bit, then flushed out my hot water heater. Check out the above video.
If this doesn't make things better, definitely call the Water Department.
