Herbert E. Barwell, 94, of North Andover, died Tuesday at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence. Memorial services will be Monday, Dec. 9, at 1 p.m., at Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third St., North Andover. A service of The Masons will be at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Family and friends may also visit the funeral home Monday from 12 to 12:30 p.m.

Thomas J. Oatman, 51, of Andover died Thursday at home. Calling hours are Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 198 Haggett’s Pond Road, Andover. Funeral mass will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Robert Bellarmine Church. Burial will be at West Parish Garden Cemetery, Andover.
