Alpacas on the Loose and Drug Suspicions

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.

Wednesday, Oct. 2


At 11:27 a.m., a caller on Harold Parker Road reported loose alpacas on the road. The alpacas were eventually brought home.

At 7:22 p.m., a caller reported a tree down on Chandler Street blocking the road.

At 9:08 p.m., Tewksbury Police reported locating a vehicle stolen from Andover that was involved in an accident. The driver, who was injured, will be summonsed.

Thursday, Oct. 3


At 8:30 a.m., a man walked into the station and reported that he had dropped money at a local business a month ago and neglected to pick it up and would now like to file a police report.

At 12:43 p.m., a resident walked into the station and said she believes there is drug activity on Cuba Street almost every night.
