Andover Doctor to Plead Guilty to Child Porn

A plea deal will close a year-long case involving a pediatrician who allegedly had a collection of child pornography.

An Andover pediatrician charged last year with child pornography possession will plead guilty, The Boston Herald is reporting.

Details of the plea deal are still unknown, the Herald reports, but a late October court date has been set.

Keller, 59, was charged in September 2012 for receipt of child pornography. He allegedly received films of minors engaging in sexually explicit behavior.

Keller was a pediatric endocrinologist at Boston Children's Hospital and worked as Phillips Academy's medical director for 19 years before he stepped down in 2011.
