Erratic Operator Arrested for OUI-Drugs

The following are excerpts from the log. The log is open to the public.

Monday, July 16

At 7:41 a.m. a caller reported an erratic motor vehicle operator on Route 125. Police caught up with the operator off Route 28 at Phillips Academy and eventually arrested him. Police arrested Michael Anthony Citrone, 29, of 253 Pleasant St., Brockton, on Salem Street. Citrone was charged with operating under the influence of drugs, second offense.

At 8:57 a.m. a caller reported that her house being constructed was broken into last night on Spring Grove Road.

At 12:44 p.m. a caller reported a two-car crash on Whittier Court. No injuries were reported.

At 12:49 p.m. a caller reported seeing the operator of a dark Subaru nodding off behind the wheel.

At 2:16 p.m. a "simple" assault was reported between two residents at Wingate Nursing Home on Andover Street.

At 4:21 p.m. a caller reported a stolen statue on Willard Circle.

At 6:04 p.m. a caller reported that his car window was smashed sometime during the day on Argilla Road.

At 7 p.m. a cakker reported a suspicious male in his early 50s sitting on the side of the road possibly rolling a joint on Greenwood Road.

Tuesday, July 17

At 5:57 a.m. a caller reported two cars possiby drag racing on Tewksbury Street.

At 12:58 p.m. a caller reported two men trying to sell her steak on Burnham Road. Police reported that both men did not have permits to solicit and have been advised to cease.

At 3:47 p.m.  a caller reported a two-car crash with no injuries on North Main Street.
