Michigan Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure

Friday, April 20

At 2:19 a.m. police arrested Kevins Kimuhu Ngige, 22, of 12 Royal Crest, Apt. 6, North Andover, on Haverhill Street. Ngige was charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

At 3:19 p.m. a caller reported a breaking and entering into a home on Bailey Road.

At 7:03 p.m. police arrested a juvenile on Railroad Street. The juvenile was charged with possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute and possession of a class B substance.

Saturday, April 21

At 1:06 a.m.police arrested Joseph N. Smith, 21, of 9 Otis St., Mildford, on Foxhill Road. Smith was charged with disorderly conduct.

At 1:16 p.m. an employee at the Residence Inn in West Andover reported indecent exposure. A guest reported that a man exposed himself to her in the laundry room of the hotel. Another guest reported that the same man had been in the lobby earlier in the day with his pants down. Police responded and eventually arrested David Allen White, 45, of 2405 Mapleview Street, Kentwood, MI. White was charged with two counts of lewdness, open and gross.

Sunday, April 22

At 2:36 a.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle rollover on Interstate 93 North. Possible injuries were reported.

At 2:53 a.m. police arrested Robert Erling Kleiven, 24, 93 Auburn St., Haverhill, on Foxhill Road. Kleiven was charged with assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, causing a false fire alarm, and disorderly conudct. 

At 10:47 a.m. a brush fire was reported on Webster Street. It was discovered that this was a legal fire made by a resident.

At 11:46 a.m. vandalism to the was reported. A window in the back of the school was broken.
