Andover Police Officer Evan Robitaile, named "Officer of the Year" earlier this year, is on leave facing a drunk driving accusation, The Eagle-Tribune is reporting.
Robitaile is accused of having been drunk when he was in a car accident last March, and was issued a summons for that charge.
