Parking Lot Prayer and Heroin Bust

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Tuesday, Aug. 6
At 9:55 a.m., a caller on Brickstone Square reported a suspicious bag with white powder and a straw in it.
At 10:58 a.m., a caller reports three teens begging for money in front of CVS.
At 2:20 p.m., a caller reported a male in the area pacing back and forth by his car and staring at two girls playing. Police spoke with the man, who was praying in his vehicle.
At 4:18 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on North Main Street and reportedly found heroin. Cole Hodge, 21, of 42 Anthony Circle, Swanzey, N.H., was charged with possession of a class A substance.
At 6:10 p.m., a caller reported a male walking on Route 133 with a bloody face. It turned out the man had been in an accident with another vehicle on the I-495 offramp.
