Two teenagers are being charged with multiple accounts of assault with a dangerous weapon after on Thursday around 9 p.m. Andover Police and the District Attorney are still investigating the incident and both teenagers are on house arrest, complete with monitoring bracelets.
Readers provided feedback after the article was published and some said that this incident made them not want to walk around downtown, while others said it has no bearing on their visits to downtown.
