Shoplifting Reported in Downtown

Friday, July 13

At 3:09 a.m. a caller reported that his front window was just broken on Haverhill Street.

At 11:19 a.m. police searched for a breaking and entering subject in the Beacon Street area.

At 1:19 p.m. a walk-in visitor reported that her i-Phone was stolen on Barnard Street.

At 3:24 p.m. the owner of Bobbles and Lace reported that four pairs of shoes were stolen from her store on Main Street.

At 8:49 p.m. a caller reported that one of her neighbors has been speeding in the area and throwing beer bottles on her lawn.

At 11:12 p.m. a caller reported a car break-in on Fairfax Drive.

Saturday, July 14

At 9:36 a.m. a caller reported that someone dumped trash on their site on Lowell Junction Road.

At 10:57 a.m. a sinkhole was reportd on Morton Street.

At 4:20 p.m. police arrested Nicholas Callinaro, 20, of 14 Lake St., Billerica, on Old River Road. Callinaro was charged wtih the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having no inspection sticker.

Sunday, July 15

At 12:43 a.m. police arrested Cynthia J. Stackpole, 39, of 30 River Road, on Riverside Drive. Stockpole was charged with assault and battery on a household member.

At 12:44 a.m. a caller reported a man riding on a bike, also carrying another bike at the same time on North Main Street. The man said that his bike had a flat and he using his friend's bike to bring it back to his house.

At 4:22 p.m. a caller reported real estate signs that were stolen on Shawsheen Road. Police said that they were at the police station and were returned to her.
