Stolen Tools and Air Horn Annoyance

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Monday, Aug. 26
At 7:03 a.m., a job site superintendent on River Road reported a theft of tools.
At 2:18 p.m., a caller on Chandler Road reported a dog roaming in the area. Police did not find the dog.
Tuesday, Aug. 27
At 11:35 a.m., a caller on Andover Street reported that someone keeps coming onto his property and yelling at his workers.
At 3:20 p.m., a caller at Andover Country Club reported that two kids were blowing an air horn on the property and bothering golfers. Police did not find the kids.
At 9:44 p.m., police pursued and eventually stopped a vehicle on Main Street. Joseph Grace, 53, of Stoneham, was charged with failure to stop for police and operating to endanger.
