Threats and Girls on Ice

The following are excerpts from the Andover Police log. The log is open to the public.
Thursday, Jan. 9
At 7:58 a.m., a caller on River Road reported that her car was broken into overnight.
At 8:51 a.m., a caller on School Street reported a telephone wire down from a pole.
At 12:09 p.m., a caller at a law firm on Chestnut Street reported threats received there.
At 7:36 p.m., a caller reported that an elderly woman fell on Main Street. The woman was taken to Lawrence General Hospital.
At 8:15 p.m., a caller reported getting off at the Ballardvale Train Station and seeing three girls on the ice nearby. Police did not find the girls.
