Two Men Caught with Heroin at La Quinta Inn

Wednesday, July 11

At 6:53 a.m. police arrested Antonio Setimo DaCosta, 45, of 157 Second St., Apt. 213, Framingham, on Main Street. DaCosta was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation.

At 7:06 a.m. a two-car crash with no injuries was reported on Pearson Street.

At 10:14 a.m. a walk-in visitor reported that a rock flew up and cracked his windshield on Pearson Street. He said that a nearby lawn mower caused the rock to fly at his windshield.

At 12:50 p.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle that hit a fire hydrant on Judson Road.

At 3:18 p.m. a car accident with injuries was reported on Lowell Street.

At 5:56 p.m. multiple callers reported a two-car motor vehicle accident with injury on Lowell Street.

At 7:49 p.m. police arrested Gregory W. Moulton, 21, of 74 Beach St., Apt. 1, Woburn, at 131 River Road. Moulton was charged with possession of a class A substance (heroin).

At 7:55 p.m. police arrested Arthur F. Agostino III, 20, of 6 Sumac St., Billerica, at 131 River Road. Agostino was charged with possession of a class A subtance (heroin).

Thursday, July 12

At 4:30 a.m. a caller at Lorraine Campground on Jenkins Road reported a female screaming for the past 1 to 2 hours at a nearby campsite. It turned out to be a domestic issue.

At 6:45 p.m. Police Chief Brian Pattullo reported a three-car crash on Interstate 93 South involving a box truck. State Police handled the incident.

At 11:12 a.m. a caller reported that she had locked her infant in her motor vehicle by mistake on School Street. An officer successfully unlocked the door.

At 2:11 p.m. discolored water was reported at a business on Old River Road. The Water Department was notified.

At 7:31 p.m. a guest at a hotel on Riverside Drive reported a man video taping children in the pool area.
