Andover is experiencing a heatwave, and it seems the water in many homes has been feeling the impact. So this week's "You Ask... Patch Answers" is about brown water.

It turns out the brown water many in town have had is the result of a high demand for water. The recent -- or current --- heatwave has resulted in an overuse of water in town.
Also, in the Stirling Street area along Route 133, a dumpster fire over the weekend and resulting opening on fire hydrants resulted in brown water in that area as well.
The Fire Department says that the hydrants will be flushed out to fix the situation.
